David thanks so much for the above and beyond service. I appreciate you persevering until you located the unusual source of an ongoing problem. Solving the problem for $500 instead of $1200 did'nt hurt either!

I appreciated the prompt service and friendliness of the staff. Auto Xtreme is much closer to my home and much more reasonably priced than the BMW dealership.

For 6 years I have taken my classic Mercedes Roadster to Auto Extreme, and, on occasion, my late model Mercedes SUV as well. The team at Auto Extreme continues to give me reasons to trust their service, opinion, and all-around excellence. My car is old and will always have something wearing out and I ONLY trust Auto Extreme to give it the TLC it needs to keep it in perfect running condition.

I especially appreciated the fact that you correctly diagnosed the transmission problem when others (including BMW) had not.

While an excellent service experience the only thing I would have liked to have happen was to receive status reports on the repairs as they were underway and a call when the vehicle was ready rather than having to continually call for this information. Other than this I can highly recommend Auto Xtreme Service and will be returning for my future needs.
