I switched from Firestone to a place closer to my side of town. The team at Scott’s was courteous and professional; they kept me updated on repairs promptly. Service Writer Ashley was friendly and made me feel very welcome. I was driven home in a courtesy shuttle and offered a pickup. They explained the cost of the work after the inspection and before they started, and my final cost was less than what they quoted. I will certainly go back.

I got a great deal on tires and had the front end aligned. They were unable to do the alignment because they said the upper and lower ball joints were too worn to adjust. They also said the only other thing their inspection found was that the rear brakes were really worn out. They gave me a quote but there was no pressure to use them. I do most of my own work on vehicles so i ordered the parts and replaced them myself. They were absolutely correct in their diagnosis. The upper ball joints were badly worn and the rear brakes were too. After I got everything replaced they got me in the next day to align the front end to keep from wearing the new tires and the truck drives SOOO much better now! Thanks to Logan for his help in getting me a great deal on the tires and all his help along the way. I will definitely be a return customer!

While driving north on I-25 I had the bad luck to hit a small piece of furniture that fell off a pickup in front of me. The right front corner of my vehicle was badly damaged with a loose wire dangling but it seemed to still drive ok. I looked online and found Scott’s Fort Collins Automotive. I called and talked to David, wanting someone to check it out and make sure it was safe for me to continue my 3-day trip. He was super nice and told me to bring it right in. When I got there, Marty helped me. He checked everything out and refastened what was left of the protective shields in front of the wheel. After assuring me it was safe to drive, he refused to take any money for his time and expertise. I have never had such a wonderful experience at any auto repair place - so very professional and helpful and NICE! Just wish I lived closer to them as they would be my new go-to mechanics. Definitely check them out!!!

Scitt's was recommended to me for an oil change. They did everything needed and recommended other issues with a 6 page report with photos. This is not Jiffy Lube. The front staff was so personable and the waiting area was the best I've been in. I walked through the space to tip my mechanic. It was a woman. I'm told 3 of their techs are women. Love it! The entire place floor to ceiling was immaculate. Very impressed and pleased.

I've worked with this team several times before and this was the first time I had to do anything outside of regular maintenance/inspections and they knocked it out of the park. Car broke down super last minute, they got it in pronto, replaced the alternator immediately, put in a new battery, communicated clearly the whole time, you just can't beat it. I never have anything good to say about these types of businesses but I trust Scott's and recommend them to anyone with a Honda like me.

We're always happy with the service at Scott's. They get us in right away and charge reasonable rates. They don't try to upsell us and are honest. One time they recommended we get rid of one of our cars because a really expensive repair was likely in the following year. I'd give 5 stars, but sometimes the communication is uneven depending on who is at the reception desk. The head person handling the case for each repair (this last time it was Marty) is always great.

I had a great experience at Scott’s Automotive (Fort Collins) and will definitely return for future service. I originally came to Scott’s for a second opinion on a dealership’s recommended repair for a “significant oil leak”. Both David (service advisor) and Justin (service tech) took the time to determine the actual necessary repairs. I felt Justin went above and beyond by cleaning off the oil from the underside of my car so the actual site of the leak could be determined, and the leak was much smaller than the “significant leak” warning from the dealership. David & Justin made sure it was fixed quickly and correctly. They were honest, upfront and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back to Scott’s for future service and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and competent auto shop.

The Scott’s Team in Loveland is without a doubt the most thorough and thoughtful shop team I have ever worked with. I have been working with a variety of shops over the last 30 years and I am so grateful I chose Scott’s for my automotive needs. Last week it came to my attention that my locking lug nut key had gone missing. I contacted Scott’s for assistance identifying how to go about a replacement locking lug socket. Within a days time, Scott’s received a new set of locking nuts and a new socket key to replace the ones that were literally locked on my car. This small issue meant I couldn’t rotate my tires, couldn’t change my brake pads, couldn’t get my tire off if I got a flat. Scott’s always focuses on customer safety and made sure I wouldn't be caught in a hard situation. A special shout out to Matt for hooking me up with this solution to a minor but highly impactful problem. You rock brother. Keep up the great work everyone. I took my car in for an oil change and standard 5k mi inspection and Matt gave a thorough list of all the maintenance concerns on my car, quotes, and suggestions for all of it. He was also super understanding when I changed my mind about replacing my serpentine belt and wanting to space out some of my repairs. I’ve taken my truck to both northern Colorado locations and have never had any issues. This location is able to typically get me in much sooner which is awesome. Detailed & thorough free inspection with oil change. Inexpensive using coupon and done in under two hours. Inspection included measuring brake pad wear (that required wheel removal), tire wear, air filters, fluids, CV boots & seal. A lot of other shops just do fluids. Scott's also provided instant estimate of needed repair costs. Your detection of leaky seal was spot-on, the dealer replaced for free (under warranty).

This is the first place that when advertising an oil change for stated amount on their coupon, actually honored the price, and didn't up charge because we own a truck!!! Cudos to them! They were timely and friendly. They diagnosed a couple of issues that need to be taken care of. We will most likely go back once we get an estimate of charges. I would recommend giving them a try. My first encounter was with Chris. She was very helpful in resolving what we thought was going to be an issue but was rather a misunderstanding. She did so professionally and in a timely fashion. That then moved me to take my car here again for the brakes, new rotors, brake fluid change. She offered a loaner but due to a back issue I asked if she had a taller car I could use...She offered to reschedule so I could use the jeep. Also I asked be able to see the car on the rack so I could see work done at end of job. No problem! Everyone was helpful and I didn't feel like I was a bother or that they had anything to hide. AND I found out that if you have a Costco card this Shop offers 15% off with its partnership of Costco. So I had a great job done and even BEFORE Costco discount they were the most reasonable with a 5 year warranty! 🙏👌And I had priced 4 other shops😱 I found my shop!👍

The service crew did a really good job diagnosing the problem with my vehicle. I had it towed to another shop, however because of a previous water pump repair that my alternate mechanic had done several years ago. I would definitely recommend Scott’s as a reliable mechanic.

Scott's performed extensive maintenance on my 2006 Ford Explorer, replacing valve gaskets, catalytic converters and surrounding parts. Work done was thorough, timely, and the fuel mixing and idle improvements made my vehicle drove noticeably smoother. Justin went out of his way to ensure we had a reliable loaner vehicle across two weeks of service. Appreciate their very thorough diagnostics, and yet they do not pressure you to address every single issue if it can safely wait.

Kind, knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to make sure that I understood what was involved with the repair and the state of maintenance necessary to maintain my vehicle. Courtesy vehicle available that took me to work and was there to pick me up and bring me back later when my car was fixed the timely manner. You said an appointment. There is an appointment. Their word is good.

After the techs at Scott's thoroughly looked over my old car that had been sitting a while. They informed me that the car in question was not worth the work needed to put it on the road they even helped me find a buyer for my car eliminating all stresses and worry about the situation I was in I will return to them anytime I need my vehicles worked on thank you Scott's guys!!

Great communication. Exceeded expectations on estimated time to complete work. Helped troubleshoot problems and solutions with me rather than telling me what work needed to be done. They gave me options and recommendations for future service with zero upsale pressure.

Quick service, friendly employees, and a free loaner car, recently got a decarbonization, multiple fluids replaced, and new spark plugs, the work was done in a day and you can even set up pickup/drop off outside of their office hours.

Brought my vehicle in for a second opinion on an issue that the dealer said needed immediate attention. Logan was awesome as was everyone in the office area! They confirmed the issue(s), gave an estimate and went over each item thoroughly and made sure I understood everything before I left. They have a shuttle type service that picked me up and brought me back too. This second opinion was at no cost to me which is great since I'm on a limited income. I'll be getting the work done here.

Scott's aligned my car after I purchased new tires elsewhere. It was completed within the time projected, for a reasonable price, and they also did a thorough inspection. I waited while the work was done, but I saw that a shuttle driver was taking other clients to their destinations. I observed the courteous service everyone was receiving, and I believe I've found a competent and honest shop!

Scott’s automotive is the best in the business! I had my car towed to Houska first and they told me it would cost $1000 to do a diagnostic! Then if if they found the problem it would be another $500 or more fix:( a friend suggested I try Scott’s. I had it towed to them, they found the small issue upon initial inspection, fixed it within a day and it cost me $190!!!! Love and appreciate you guys soooo much!! Definitely sending all business your way!

Markley wanted to charge me 3 times what Scott’s did!! David was awesome helping me. Had issues with emissions and he was really helpful and upfront. I had to use a loaner car which made my life much easier! First time using them and they def earned my repeat business!
