I love their customer service. My part was delayed by a 3rd party. The team was apologetic in a manner that minimized the inconvenience of leaving my car a little longer then planned. Every time I've taken my car for service I've had the same consistent level of customer service and their workmanship is always perfect. I truly trust their service and integrity.

We own a 2004 BMW X3 that had a failed component to the A/C.The work was extensive and required the dismantling of the dash. Paul even remembered our extended warranty company and facilitated the approval for the work to be done. The work was completed in a timely manner and the A/C is once again blowing ice cold. However, the interior was not cleaned up from the oils and shop floor debris. There were a few places on the exterior where oily hand prints were left. The detailing after the work was sub par and definitely not the norm for this shop. Not the usual level of excellence to detail from past experiences. We would still highly recommend the service, will make sure to inspect closer next time.

These guys Rock and know what they are doing especially on my Mercedes Benz CL500. The car wash down the street shorted out my system trying to start it after running down the battery and put a high voltage through the electrical system wiping out the EIN Number in the Transmission Control Module (TCU) Result... no starting car no nothing. The diagnosis was tricky and I was looking at a possible $3000 bill plus. But thanks to David and Paul and the other mechanic there they found the problem and honored their quote to me even though they put in way more than 4 hours on this project. I highly recommend these guys for quality, professionalism and price, no question the best I've experienced. PS: It was Cobblestone but they did the right thing too and paid for all of my repair. Auto Xtreme Service is a 5-star in every respect. I took my 1985 Mercedes Benz 500SL to the owner, David Boatright, and he and his team were able to bring my car back to life through their precise workmanship and attention to detail. David, a professional advisor and lifelong expert in working on German made vehicles, he analyzed the car, walked me back to his immaculate shop, showed me exactly what the issues were, and then gave me an estimate that ended up being spot on. Once I gave him the work approval, David joined alongside his top mechanic, Bradford, and they went to work on my poorly running and severely leaking car. They had a lot of major work to do and I wasn’t sure if this old car could really stop leaking! Auto Xtreme did a miracle on my car!! When my wife picked up the car, she texted me that she thought I had a new car and that I would be really happy. When I got back to town and started it up, WOW! My car runs like a dream, it sounds like a Mercedes 500SL is supposed to, and it doesn’t leak a speck of fluid! This is truly a new vehicle that I will continue to get years of use out of. Thank you Auto Xtreme! I should have taken my car to your shop 7 years ago when I first bought it… I would have saved myself many headaches and many precious dollars. I highly recommend David and Auto Xtreme to everyone, you will not be disappointed and you will get outstanding work done at a good price.
