I have had a total of 3 negative experiences with Paul. After the first 2, I was able to communicate and work things out with the owner after the last time Paul became very easily flustered for no reason. After receiving a business card in a parking lot and being satisfied with how the owner communicated and handled my situation, I decided to stop by once more. The answer that was provided on today's visit was a fair decision for a shop to make, but again, came off as very rude/demeaning in the process. It's a shame, as I think the owner is respectable, and operates with integrity, but does not so well get passed to this staff member. Sadly, I'd suggest taking business elsewhere as to be treated in the manner Paul treats people, is simply not okay.
