Auto Xtreme found an issue that was covered by an extended Mercedes Benz warranty. The brought my car to the dealer, coordinated repairs, and called me when it was done. Their maintenance service has always been top notch.

Engine light came on after an oil/filter change but they did run a diagnostics and eventually the light went off. They did explain that the sensor may be wearing out so now I know what to keep my eyes open for. I didn't give a "five star" rating as the first time I took the car in Paul did forget about me. But most of all I was disturbed that COVID protocols were not followed. Example: not all customers wore a mask, no signage that a mask needed to be worn, service techs did not wear a mask (nor did Paul even though he had one "sort of" on his face), car was not wiped down when it was brought out. Having said this, once COVID is over I would take my vehicle back.

They did an amazing work and they were very straightforward and friendly.

This was the third time I have taken my 2001 Mercedes SL500 into Auto Xtreme. I took it in for an oil service and they found a crack in the Idler-arm which they repaired and also replaced the heating element in the driver's heated seat.
