My experience at Auto Xtreme Service was excellent. Jenn and David were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I brought in my Jetta after getting it diagnosed at the dealership and a BrakeMasters in hopes that they could assist me—my only complaint, that prevented this from being a 5-star experience, was the unexpected engine diagnostic charge on my bill. When I had called for a quote about getting the repairs I need done, I already had a diagnosis identified, but was told they needed to do one themselves (the cost was not mentioned at that time), which is fair enough. But had I known it was going to cost me $65+ to diagnosis what I already knew, I would have politely declined and given them the code I had received at the dealership earlier that week. Just felt a bit misled in that aspect, and I do see from a different review from just a few days ago that another person received a free diagnostic who did not even end up purchasing any services. Just one disappointing aspect to an otherwise superb experience.
