I was able to drop the car off the night before so they could start off with the diagnostic early the next morning. They sent me a text message with all the things that were wrong along with the prices. I called Paul and told him that the car was still under warranty. He called our warranty people for us and we couldn't have been happier that the repair for our A/C was minimal. Thank You Paul and please extend our thanks to the rest of the crew who worked on the car! You are all awesome!

Brought in an Audi, I was test driving, for a pre-purchase inspection. Got a full run-down on the car, several little things but only one moderately significant. Gave me a some negotiating power plus an assurance that, otherwise, the car was in great shape. I bought the car and, obviously, these guys will be servicing it as they have been my previous Audi for the past couple of years. Great German (and other European) car guys. Extremely competent, perceptive of the customer's level of knowledge and able to talk to me at the right level without going over my head nor talking down to me. Very willing to go into any detail that I want to drill down to and always pragmatic about how serious something is—there's no "You gotta get this done today" when it can really wait six months (unless, of course, it really does have to be done right away ;-)) I had an amazing Audi shop when I lived in another state so I'm extremely happy to have found Auto Xtreme since my move to AZ. It's a 45 minute drive for me but well, well worth it!
